Refunds

We don’t allow refunds for the sessions booked. However, if there are any internet connectivity issues from our end, we’ll allow rescheduling the same. Please note that you can reschedule your session only once.

No cancellations allowed after the booking is done.

Reschedule

You can reschedule a session if you can’t participate in it due to internet connectivity issues from our end. In addition, if you face connectivity issues, you have the liberty to reschedule your session only once. You can also transfer it to your friend or acquaintance.
